It’s too much to expect a brief to contain the answers to life, the universe and everything. But it should come pretty damned close. We take a long time getting this bit right – which includes asking our clients lots and lots of questions – because if the brief’s out of kilter, the end result will be wonky too. Once the who, the why, the what and the where are established, we’ll start the work.
